Jill and I woke up with a plan last Tuesday. We hopped in my jeep during the early morning hours and headed on a whirlwind tour of my homeland, Springfield, IL. JIll even got to rub Abraham Lincoln's nose. I chose to rub his eyebrows instead.
All in all it was a great time and i came back with some great pictures, too.

The Junior Varsity and Park were a big part of my life growing up in central Illinois, and after they broke up my childhood ended in a way.

It was a sad sad concert. Asa was wasted and talking non-sense, nick looked pissed, and the place was packed. It was a very fitting end, especially with the stage rush during "House Fire."

JV, Park, and childhood, you will be missed!

time to grow up!

This is my first blog entry, ever.  

I just started this company, and it is a way to showcase my photography and random things I am doing with my life.

I should introduce myself.  My name is Alex Reside, and I am trying to make it in the photography business.  I am a photographer at the Daily Vidette.  So, I do a lot of journalistic photography, but I am always trying new things.  I take lots of pictures of bands and my friends.
